Children & boxing is a very emotive subject for some parents & people. So why should I take my child to boxing ? There are a million reasons for kids to take up boxing. We've eliminated all the reasons why they shouldn't.
The junior training is based mainly on the ABAE awards boxing system.  We cover all the aspect of boxing  & fitness training for juniors  but with  NO CONTACT.
We train  fitness drills. skipping. foot work, pad work, partner drills. bag work. and ring work. All using the main element of enjoyment to make it fun to do otherwise kids just don’t want to do it. 
We believe it helps increase self-esteem. Lose weight, become more disciplined. Helps channel any aggression the right way in to a pad or focus mitt not at a family member or out on the street.
Boxing for fitness junior sessions

ALL INSTRUCTORS ARE VETTED AND HAVE AN UP TO DATE CRB CHECKs,  COACHING QUALIFICATIONS, AND CURRENT FIRST AID CERTIFICATES  

 

You do not need to bring any boxing equipment as all the equipment is provided . However if you do have your own equipment you are more than welcome to bring it and use it in the gym

 

Please bring water to drink  during training  no Fizzy drinks (coke, cola, Pepsi )

If you need an inhaler you must bring it with you or you may not be allowed to train,

 If you walk in the gym your boxing boots you will not be allowed on the mats.

NO OUT DOOR SHOES ARE ALLOWED ON THE MATS.
