Here at ACE you get train in a real boxing gym. It is not a boxing aerobic class or exercise; this is the real deal you are taught to box. One on one
This means just you and your coach, you will not be sharing your time with anyone. Your coach works directly with you
hands-on, instructing you step by step.
One on Two
This means that if you wish to train with a friend or work colleagues you will be sharing your time but you will not be stood around. Your coach will work on partner drills which will keep you both engaged for the full session with hands-on, instruction.
One on Three
